Consulting that sits close to the floor
K.D.L is an independent consulting practice in operations and logistics. I work with a small number of clients at a time, in direct contact with management and with the teams — not through layers, and not at a volume that would rule out real involvement.
Why it exists
In many organisations the operational problem is known, but nobody holds the whole picture. Procurement looks at price, operations at timing, management at the result — and each is right within their own domain. I am there to fill the missing role: to connect the parts and turn the complexity into something manageable.
The point of view
Operations is not only processes and systems — it is also people and habits. A plan that looks perfect on paper fails if it ignores how the work is actually done. So I start from the floor, not from the slide deck.
