Who is responsible for the data

This site is operated by Kfir ("I", "me", "the business"). For any privacy question you can reach me through the contact form.

What information is collected

Information you provide yourself. The contact form collects your full name, email address and a short description of your enquiry (required fields), and — if you choose to complete them — your company name, job title and phone number. You are under no legal obligation to provide these details, but without them I cannot get back to you.

Technical information collected automatically. As on any website, the hosting servers record basic usage data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages viewed and the time of access. This is used to operate and secure the site and to understand usage patterns in general terms.

I do not collect sensitive information, do not ask for card details and do not process payments on this site.

What the information is used for

• Replying to an enquiry submitted through the form and contacting you back.

• Managing the business relationship and keeping a record of enquiries.

• Operating and securing the site and preventing misuse, including spam filtering.

• Meeting applicable legal requirements.

I do not use the information for marketing communications without separate, explicit consent, and I do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

The basis for processing

Processing rests on the consent given when the form is submitted, and on my legitimate interest in managing a business relationship with people who contact me and in operating a secure site. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Who the information is shared with

The information is held in systems operated by service providers acting on my behalf, principally the website platform Wix, which hosts the site and handles form submissions. These providers are permitted to process the information only in order to provide the service.

I will pass information to anyone else only where required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect my legal rights.

Some service providers may store information outside Israel. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards that provider offers.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies required for it to function correctly and securely. If and when measurement or advertising tools are enabled, this page will be updated and a separate consent request will be shown. You can block cookies through your browser settings, although some functions may then not work properly.

At present, no analytics tools or advertising pixels are enabled on this site.

How long information is kept

Enquiries submitted through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship, and afterwards for any period required by law. An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within a reasonable period, unless you have asked otherwise.

Information security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the enquiry system is limited to authorised people. I have taken reasonable measures to protect the information, but as with any online system, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, you may:

• Review the information held about you.

• Ask for information that is incorrect, incomplete or out of date to be corrected.

• Ask for information to be deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.

• Withdraw consent you have given.

• Complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

To exercise any of these, reach me through the contact form. I will respond within a reasonable time and in line with the periods set by law.

Minors

The site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at minors. I do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

The site may contain links to external websites. This policy does not apply to them, and I am not responsible for how they handle information.

Changes to this policy

I will update this page from time to time. The binding version is the one published here, and the date of the last update appears at the top.
